Sr Associate – Service Delivery

Are you a dynamic and persuasive communicator with a passion for sales and technology? We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Outbound Sales team as BPO Process Specialists. In this role, you will play a crucial part in promoting and selling our website, mobile app, and gaming products to potential customers. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with leads, understand their needs, and assist them in making informed decisions regarding our digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Sales Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our website, mobile app, and gaming products.
- Lead Conversion: Engage with leads and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products to convert them into customers.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the details of our website, mobile app, and gaming offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
- Customer Assistance: Assist customers in navigating our shop page, answering their questions, and helping them place orders that align with their specific requirements.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales, and relevant information in our CRM system.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving customer issues or concerns promptly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic and target-driven with a passion for sales.
- Familiarity with website, mobile app, or gaming products is a plus.
- Ability to understand customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- High school diploma; additional qualifications in sales or marketing is a plus.
